KIC Financial Brokerage Company "WASATA" was incorporated on March 29th 2007 with a capital amounting to 20,000,000 Kuwaiti Dinars to practice a leading and competitive role in this domain.

Such role was realized to it expertise and its competent staff that moved with it from Kuwait Investment Company, as well as for having a professional and administrative system that can upgrade the staff performance within a clear job career framework.

Deep-Rooted Expertise
KIC Brokerage Company was not newly incorporated; rather it was performing its business as a brokerage office belonging to Kuwait Investment Company for quite some time.

Such expertise moved with the company in addition to having additional strategic shareholders with experience and vision worth, and this enhanced the company's position.

Among these shareholders are the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait and other Financial Institutions.
