  • Is it necessary to transfer my account from my current brokerage company to KIC Financial Brokerage Company?

    Answer: Yes, you have to transfer to KIC Financial Brokerage Company, by informing your current brokerage company to transfer the shares and cash.

  • Is there any training courses for the online trading?

    Answer: There are no training courses, the site is easy and simple and for more support you can contact our call center or you can visit any of our branchs

  • What markets are available through online trading?

    Answer: Currently we only offer the Kuwaiti market in the future we will be adding more markets.

  • What is the difference between KIC Financial Brokerage Company online trading and other online trading systems offered by others companies?

    Answer:
    1. The service is available 24/7 so it's possible to place your orders at any time.
    2. There are no charges or fees for using the service, there is only the regular commission set by Kuwait Stock Exchange.
    3. The website is Easy and simple to use and if you need any additional support you can contact our call center.
    4. You can use the service without downloading or installing any program.

  • What are the working hours of the call center department?

    Answer: The working hours are from 8.00AM to 2.30PM Sunday through Thursday.

  • Can I trade through telephone while subscribed to the online service?

    Answer: Yes, you can trade through the phone and the online website.

  • Can I trade on the forward market using the online Trading?

    Answer: Currently it is not possible, but customers can go personally to the KSE Branch and trade through our office.

  • Can I trade in the Odd lots market using the Online Trading?

    Answer: Currently it is not possible, but customers can contact the call center and they will be directed to the best broker in one of our branches (KSE, Mishref, Al-Jahraa) furthermore we will be adding the service the near future.

  • Where are the branches located?

    Answer:
    • Main office "Management": Kuwait City Fahad Al-Salem St Awtad Tower 15th Floor.
    • Mishref: Kuwait Exhibitions Center beside McDonald's.
    • Al-Jahraa: Al Naeem area Beirony Street CBK building 1st floor.

  • What can I do if I forget my password?

    Answer: On the main page, click on forgot your password Then enter your Login name and Pin code and the password will be sent to your e-mail.

  • What are the steps of executing a trade?

    Answer: From the trade menu choose trade and then choose the stock, then identify the order type (buy or sell), determine the price and quantity, and then choose the duration, A conformation page will appear and you will be asked to enter your pin code to confirm the order.

  • How do I register for the service?

    Answer:
    1. Clients can register by clicking on "Client Registration" on the main page and enter the needed information's.
    2. Print 2 copies of "client Agreement" and 1 copy of "client Application", sign and send them or visit any of our branches.

  • In the case of forgotten Pin code?

    Answer: Contact customer service [ (+965) 2598809 / (+965) 2598810 ].

  • In the case of forgetting the Login name?

    Answer:
    1. Click on Forgot User Name.
    2. Enter Portfolio No: and the Pin code.
    3. Click Submit

  • In the case the message "Login name locked" appears what can I do?

    Answer:
    1. Click on the Unlock User name, Located on the left menu of the main page.
    2. Enter the Login name and the pin code.
    3. Click Submit.
